Bookings

When you complete any of our booking forms, you and all individuals included in the booking are subject to our terms and conditions, and our cancellation policy, a 50% deposit is required to book. Full payment is required 60 days before departure, cancellations more than 30 days before departure 20% of deposit cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days before departure 100% will be of the deposit fee. Bookings are finalised when the form is complete, the deposit is received and Wild Cherry Adventures/Chadmanwalking has invoiced and confirmed.

Amendments and Cancellations

If you want to make changes or cancel your safari/camino after the booking, we require the cancellation request in writing from the individual who made the booking, email the cancellation to chad@wildcherryadventures.com. Cancellation more than 30 days before departure 20% of deposit cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 30 days before departure 100% Cancellation fee.

Force Majeure (AKA Acts of God)

Wild Cherry Adventures/Chadmanwalking cannot accept responsibility or pay compensation if the safari/camino is prevented from following its iternary if unforeseen interruptions occur, such as the out break of natural disasters, civil wars, adverse weather or fires.

Client Responsibilities

All clients must purchase suitable travel insurance once a successful booking is made. This insurance must include protection for costs of medical care/assistance, repatriaion, and cancellations. It is your responsibility to ensure your passport is valid and up to date, and you have all our documents such as a valid visa. We will not be held responsible for additional costs incurred by you if you fail to ensure you are travel ready.

Expectations

Upon arriving in Namibia, please keep in mind that your standards, and the standards of the local population, will differ greatly to what you are accustomed to, remain respectful and take care towards the local culture.

Refusal of Service

Wild Cherry Adventures/Chadmanwalking reserve the right to terminate your booking without notice if we believe your behaviour will cause distress, danger or annoyance to fellow travelers, local population,, company property and employees, animals, third parties or yourself. Cancellation deposit will not be returned, and will not be obligated to refund, or compensate you.
